Terms & Conditions of Accommodation
BELLA VISTA - Studio Apartment Terms and conditions of
rental of apartment
- All guests are advised to have their own holiday insurance cover.
- Payment in advance by PayPal or cheque.
- Refunds only made up to 1 month before arrival date.
- Any optional extras to be paid for by the day before departure at
latest.
- Arrivals should be after 4pm on the first Saturday. If you are going
to arrive later than 8.30pm please telephone to inform us (0039) 0984
995485.
- You must vacate the apartment by 10am on your final Saturday.
- The owners are not liable for any damage to persons or their property
unless by their own criminal neglect.
- Any damage to the property of Bella Vista must be reported immediately
to the owners and cost of repairs made before departure.
- Children under the age of 12 to be supervised at all times.
- Guests are free to explore the grounds with the exception of any area's
planted with crops and the vineyard. Please be sure to wear sensible
shoes if straying from the paths.
- Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
- Our barbecue is available for use by guests. Please do not light barbecues
or fires in any other area.
- Car parking is adjacent to the apartment.
- The swimming pool is open to guests from 8am to sunset, 7 days per week, but may occasionally be closed for short periods for essential cleaning and maintenance - see notice displayed in apartment.
- Mountain bikes are available for use by guests, at their own risk, upon request. Please advise us if you require mountain bikes when booking the apartment.
